I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team in a Remote capacity. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and has experience in handling the interviewing process as well as cold calling.
What You'll Do
- Manage the interviewing process , including scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Perform cold calling to potential candidates and clients to generate interest and gather information.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our database.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the recruitment team.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and team members to ensure a smooth hiring process.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong skills in cold calling and conducting interviews.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using communication and project management tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
