About Us
We’re Extenteam, a dynamic company revolutionizing the short-term vacation rental industry. Our proven business model has generated consistent revenue, and we are now expanding from a professional services model to a scalable tech-based subscription-first model.
As a scaling stage startup, we aim to grow our Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) to double our revenue by January 2026 by providing an AI assisted SaaS platform that works for all short-term rental businesses regardless of their size.
Extenteam is on a mission to streamline and support vacation rental businesses by providing top-notch solutions, including guest communication and property management support.
We generate revenue through two primary streams:
Dedicated Team Members: Providing trained overseas talent with a recurring premium model, replacing one-time recruitment fees.
Tailwind - SaaS Platform: A guest communication Software blended with our shared services team, supporting smaller operators typically with less than 50 units - helping Extenteam increase profitability while growing our product market fit and expanding TAM and service levels.
Extenteam is a small but mighty team of 50 consisting of Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, HR & Recruiting, Engineering, Product and Admin (IT, Data etc). We are spread out across the world but we have hubs in Miami, LA, Medellin, and actively expanding into Europe. Our 50 people core team is supported by 400+ DTMs (dedicated team members) that are servicing our customers.

What This Role Is About:
You’ll be the person behind the scenes, crafting social media posts that spark excitement, designing emails that inspire action, and keeping our website fresh and engaging. You’ll dive into performance data to see what’s working, brainstorm new ideas to make us stand out, and stay ahead of the latest trends to keep things fresh. At the heart of it all, you’ll be a storyteller, helping us build connections with franchisees, property owners, travelers, and partners alike. Your Main Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Email Marketing:
- Assist our email marketing vendor in preparing and sending email campaigns to promote vacation homes, owner propositions and franchise opportunities, plus special offers.
- Maintain and grow email subscriber lists.
- Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize email performance.
Website Maintenance:
- Update and refresh website content, including blogs, and promotional pages.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the website aligns with brand standards and goals.
- Assist in tracking website analytics to inform content strategy.
Content Creation:
- Write compelling copy for blogs, social posts, ads, and emails that reflect the company’s voice and appeal to target audiences.
- Collaborate with the designer to create visual content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Support video creation efforts for marketing campaigns.
Campaign Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Compile insights to help the team refine strategies.
- Stay updated on competitor activity and industry trends.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the owner growth team, franchise team, the local destination managers and external vendors to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with the design and sales teams for cross-functional initiatives.
Stay Current on Digital Trends:
- Research and recommend new tools, platforms, and strategies to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Experiment with emerging formats like influencer partnerships or interactive content.
Support Events and Promotions:
- Assist in preparing and promoting events, like franchise discovery sessions or partner meetups.
Administrative Tasks:
- Organize marketing assets, maintain calendars, and prepare presentations as needed.
- Manage digital marketing tools and subscriptions to ensure smooth operations.

- Internet speed minimum 30mbps: Needs to be Wired (Buy a dongle if no LAN port)

- Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
- Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
