Join the CBP Team! We're seeking for a Process Specialist with experience in freight forwarding and CargoWise One to join our growing team. Job description: ETA checking Job Update Shipment and consolidation registration Updating Order Track Report Sending worksheet Processing transshipment Monitoring/chasing commercial documents file Invoice posting Sea Cargo Automation lodgment Uploading Telex HBL/MBL Sending arrival notice Sending LCL manifest Creation of organization Edocing Qualifications: Graduate of BS Customs Administration or other related courses. Knowledgeable in EDI and Incoterms. Familiarity with CargoWise or similar systems. Related work experience in a freight/brokerage firm. Primary duty is to enter data within the SLA. Good communicator in email, chat, and online meetings. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and handling freight documents. Others: Permanent WFH Set-up HMO and Life insurance coverage on the first day of work Amenable to work on different shifts (AM, Mid, Night Shift) Company to provide internet allowance and PC 20% Night Differential and Other Allowance Loyalty award and Others
