QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any HOSPITALITY AFFILIATED COURSE or its equivalent
- GOOD ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS and impeccable cognitive abilities
- TECH SAVVY, knowledge in the use of a COMPUTER and applications such as MICROSOFT OFFICE, GOOGLE WORKSPACE (OFFICE)
- Physically FIT, WORKS WELL UNDER PRESSURE, Great Personality, Outstanding Communication Skills
- ASIDE from TAGALOG and or ENGLISH, can CONVERSE, READ and WRITE FOOKIEN and MANDARIN.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieving tours and events outcome targets as contracted per group.
- Overseeing, managing individual and daily group tours, setting performance objectives assigned to you by ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
- TRANSLATE CONTRACTS
- COORDINATE efforts with local guides, handlers and Taiwan Office counterparts and ready to deal with escalated internal and external customer issues, incident reports, and actions.
- YOUR REMUNERATION will depend on your QUALIFICATIONS
