Accounting Assistant (with exp)

Description - Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts, verifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
- Support the general ledger accounting process, including journal entries and month-end close activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data and streamline accounting operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, general ledger accounting, and general accounting tasks.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Working Conditions: Office-based position with potential for overtime during month-end closing.
