Description - Process invoices and manage payment cycles efficiently.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Identify discrepancies in invoices and resolve payment issues with vendors.
- Prepare reports on accounts payable activity for management review.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in accounts payable or related financial roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent Communication Skills, Strong Work Ethic, Problem Solver, Attention to Detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
