Description - Process and manage invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
- Maintain organized documentation for all accounts payable transactions.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams regarding payments and inquiries.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours
