- Manage financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting data in financial software.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Provide support during audits and prepare financial reports as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Excel).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
