A PRODUCTION TRAINEE position entails learning and assisting manufacturing processes as an entry-level role. Assist with equipment setup, monitor manufacturing lines, do basic quality checks, and ensure safety rules are followed. Key responsibilities include material handling, data recording, and keeping work areas clean, all while learning production techniques from experienced staff.
We are looking for a motivated individuals to join our team as Production Trainees. Whether you are a recent graduate or have previous experience, this is an excellent opportunity to hone your talents and advance in a friendly work environment.
Qualifications
- With or Without Experience (TESDA Graduate are also encourage to apply)
- Willing to travel and be assigned to any plants (anywhere in Luzon)
- Willing to learn and be trained for personal and professional growth
- Graduate of any Engineering Courses
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Physically fit
- Maintains strict confidentiality
- Non-smoker and safety conscious
