Store Manager Trainee

About the Role
We are looking for a Store Manager Trainee who is willing to learn and grow in retail. This role will give you hands-on experience in store operations and prepare you for a future leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive a consistently positive in-store experience
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Support team performance by guiding and coordinating with sales staff
- Help execute in-store promotions and sales initiatives
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of store personnel
- Monitor store performance and prepare regular operational reports
- Suggest practical improvements to enhance store efficiency and results
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration or any related course (open to fresh graduates)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems or retail tools is a plus
- Interest in fashion retail and customer engagement
- Self-driven and able to work independently when needed
- Willing to be assigned or relocated to nearby branches
Training Shop (3 months):
- SM Mall of Asia or SM Megamall
Probationary Period:
- 6-day work week (Store Manager Trainee)
Upon Regularization:
- 5-day work week (1 rest day weekdays, 1 rest day weekend)
- Promoted to Store Manager
- Salary adjustment (Performance Evaluation)
