- Completing assigned tasks by required deadlines
- Attending staff meetings and recording meeting minutes when applicable
- Overseeing employees and evaluating work
- Writing out daily reports
- Assisting management with the implementation of new policies
- Ensuring new employees are properly trained
- Supporting managers with daily tasks and operations.
- Gaining an understanding of different departments and their functions.
- Providing administrative and operational support.
