• Industrial Engineering
• Management Engineering
• Business Analytics
• Statistics
• Finance / Accountancy
• Other relevant business, analytical, or quantitative disciplines

Relevant experience:

• University organization leadership
• Project or committee leadership positions
• Internship or on-the-job training
• Exposure to banking, finance, or technology is an advantage
• Strong academic performance is preferred; academic distinctions such as Latin honors are an advantage
