Openings: Multiple slots About the Role:
We are hiring BPO Trainers for H&R Block Seasonal Account in Sucat Paranaque! Earn up to 35K basic + 2.5K bonus on a contract until April 2027. Must have at least 6 months Trainer experience in BPO! What You'll Do:
- Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions using presentations, manuals, and evaluations
- Manage and align training schedules with business needs
- Drive training projects and short-term team initiatives
- Continuously enhance training processes and delivery methods
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Lead and motivate a team of individual contributors Requirements:
- At least 6 months to 1 year of Trainer experience in a BPO setting
- Minimum 2 years overall BPO experience
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum design, and training methodologies
- Excellent English communication - written and verbal
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and people skills
- Able to adjust training style to suit different learners
- Background in Instructional Design or L&D is an advantage
- Familiar with LMS and other training tools
- Willing to work onsite in Sucat, shifting / graveyard shift
