Accounting to Report (ATR) Specialist / Senior Specialist

The Accounting to Reporting (ATR) Specialist / Senior Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate and timely accounting and reporting services, ensuring compliance with IFRS, Group standards, and internal controls. The role supports period-end closing, financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day and month-end accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and period-end closing
- Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, Group policies, and Business Code of Practice
- Maintain strong accounting controls and resolve open or unreconciled items
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
- Collaborate with Finance teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Identify and support process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 3-5 years of relevant accounting or reporting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting and reporting principles (IFRS is an advantage)
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
