Fitness Trainer
Full-time
Lazaros Strength
Evaluate clients' fitness levels and health conditions.
Identify clients' goals and develop personalized fitness plans.
Exercise Instruction:
Demonstrate and guide clients through safe and effective exercises.
Ensure proper use of gym equipment.
Motivation and Support:
Encourage clients to achieve their fitness objectives.
Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed.
Safety and Compliance:
Maintain a safe workout environment.
Provide first aid when necessary.
Administrative Duties:
Keep accurate records of clients' progress.
Schedule sessions and manage client communications.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field (preferred).
Certifications:
- Certified Fitness Trainer with valid First Aid Certificates.
- Recognized personal trainer certification (e.g., TESDA Fitness Instructor NC II, ACE, NASM, ISSA).
Experience:
- At least 3 years of previous experience in fitness instruction required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of exercise techniques and nutrition.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
