Business Relations Manager (Consumer)

Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, is partnering with a leading organisation in the Consumer industry to hire a Business Relations Manager. This opportunity is based in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig, Philippines, under a full-time hybrid work arrangement with a Monday-to-Friday schedule.
Position Overview
Lead local brand and trade marketing initiatives for a leading Japanese timepiece and lifestyle brand in the Philippines.
Drive brand growth and market presence by partnering with distributors and regional headquarters to deliver impactful marketing strategies and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships and collaborate closely with appointed distributors on marketing and brand initiatives.
- Localise regional marketing strategies and campaigns for the Philippine market.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketing calendars.
- Monitor brand visibility, retail execution, POS materials, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Conduct market, competitor, pricing, and consumer trend analysis.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to regional and global headquarters.
- Coordinate with regional marketing teams and serve as the key marketing liaison for the Philippines.
- Visit distributors, retail locations, and branches to monitor execution and identify opportunities.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommendations for management.
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in Brand, Trade, or Channel Marketing.
- 3-5 years of managerial and distributor management experience.
- Experience in timepieces, lifestyle, fashion, consumer electronics, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine retail, lifestyle, and consumer market.
- Proven experience working with distributors, dealers, channel partners, and regional headquarters.
- Experience working with Japanese management or Japanese language capability is an advantage.
- Able to work independently in a lean, fast-paced representative office environment.
- Broad marketing experience covering trade marketing, digital/SNS, PR/media, KOLs, and promotional activities.
- Experience in localising regional marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Expertise in coordinating product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketing calendars.
- Experience monitoring retail execution, brand visibility, POS materials, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Strong capability in market, competitor, pricing, and consumer trend analysis.
- Experience preparing marketing performance reports and providing strategic recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across distributors, regional teams, and headquarters.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
