SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 7-8 years of experience in an administrative role • At least 5 years of supervisory experience • Experience in Legal or Legal services is preferred • Excellent communication skills • Open to resources from BPO and non-BPO industry • No tools/applications proficiency requirement • No F&A component
