Distribution Center Supervisor

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales fulfillment process, including order preparation, packing, and loading of products.
- Schedule employees and assign daily tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock movements, and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree holder (4-year course graduate).
- Knowledge of Zoho Inventory or similar inventory management systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations supervision.
- Experience in inventory control and team supervision is an advantage.
