YOUR OPPORTUNITY 
The Order to Cash Senior Consultant plays a key role in ensuring that our SAP
ECC system continues to support the evolving needs of the business. You will
focus on delivering enhancements to existing OTC functionality, improving
process efficiency, and resolving operational issues across markets. 
In this role, you will work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer
Service, and Finance to understand day‑to‑day requirements and translate them
into effective SAP solutions. You will also support the BEST Program,
contributing to small projects related to new business openings, plant go‑lives,
and market expansions by ensuring OTC processes are correctly configured and aligned with global standards. A significant part of your work involves OTC Automation, where you will help design and support integrations for automated order capture, order responses, dispatch advice, invoicing, and electronic invoice certification. You will collaborate with integration teams and external partners to ensure accurate data flow and reliable execution of end‑to‑end OTC processes. This position offers opportunities to strengthen your SAP expertise, drive meaningful improvements, and contribute directly to the operational success of our global OTC landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate closely with SAP and EDI support partners to deliver high‑quality OTC solutions, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues, enhancements, and small-scale projects.

- Ensure all implemented solutions follow Bacardi principles and maintain alignment with the global OTC template across markets, applying standards and best practices consistently.
- Document delivered solutions, share learnings with the wider team, and take part in celebrating key milestones that strengthen collaboration and continuous improvement. 

SKILLS

- At least 5 years’ experience with strong understanding of business process related to customer service, order management, account receivable and trading, rebates, and being able to translate these terms to tech requirements. 
- Aspirational contributor able to actively contribute to strengthening our inclusive and equitable culture.
- Able to properly communicate with relevant stakeholders from different areas, functions and levels
- Strong SAP-OTC and new trading flow integration experiences as functional consultant.
- Good level of knowledge in SAP-PP, SAP-FI, EDI, CRM and e-commerce solution
- Curious about new technologies and able to learn how to use them in Bacardi’s benefit.
- Strategic and Critical thinker, challenging status-quo proposing changes when required to improve Bacardi’s performance.
- Problem solver mentality in a holistic approach considering the issue and the environment. 
- Experience on delivering cross-functional solutions and collaborating with different teams 
- Additional knowledge such as S/4 Hana, advanced Warehouse Management system, Multi-enterprise Supply Chain Business Network solutions are a plus
