Job Description : 

We are hiring an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Process Trainer to support training and employee development initiatives within a Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) account.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash processes, strong training facilitation skills, and the ability to explain operational workflows, policies, and performance standards effectively. This role focuses on delivering process training, evaluating employee knowledge, providing coaching, and supporting continuous learning and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Deliver and support Order-to-Cash (O2C) process training, clearly explaining workflows, procedures, policies, and operational requirements.

2. Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, process guides, and job aids aligned with business requirements.

3. Conduct knowledge assessments, practical exercises, and training evaluations to measure learning effectiveness and employee readiness.

4. Monitor trainee performance, identify knowledge gaps, and provide coaching and constructive feedback to improve performance.

5. Collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, and internal or global stakeholders to identify training needs, communicate process updates, and improve training effectiveness.

Required Skills :

1. Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes – Mandatory.

2. Strong training facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

3. Ability to explain O2C workflows, operational procedures, and process requirements clearly.

4. Knowledge of employee coaching, training assessments, and performance evaluation.

5. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications :

• Hands-on Order-to-Cash (O2C) process experience is mandatory.
• Experience in BPO, shared services, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), or captive operations is preferred.

• Previous experience developing and delivering O2C training programs is an advantage.
• Background in BFSI or financial services operations is preferred.

• Experience supporting international teams or interacting with global clients is an advantage.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Alabang on night shifts, including possible weekend schedules.
