Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C) to support financial operations within a BFSI account. The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing O2C transactions, monitoring process accuracy, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and client requirements, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on O2C experience, a strong understanding of financial services operations, and the ability to analyze quality results, identify root causes, and collaborate with Operations teams to improve overall process performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits and transaction reviews across Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

• Evaluate transaction processing against standard operating procedures (SOPs), client requirements, and established quality guidelines.

• Identify recurring errors, process deviations, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.

• Document audit findings and provide clear, actionable feedback to Operations teams.

• Analyze quality performance results, identify root causes of errors, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Prepare quality reports, maintain accurate audit documentation, and track quality performance trends.

• Participate in quality calibration sessions to ensure consistent application of evaluation standards.

• Collaborate with Operations, Team Leaders, and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues and improve process adherence.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing transaction accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance.
