Outbound Sales Team Leader (Office-based)

B2B Sales Team Leader (BPO) Location: Angeles City, Pampanga (Onsite) Schedule: Permanent Morning Shift (Australian Business Hours) Employment Type: Full-Time ; Monday to Friday We're seeking an experienced B2B Sales Team Leader to oversee and develop a team of outbound sales professionals supporting Australian clients. This role is ideal for a leader who excels at coaching, driving sales performance, and building a results-oriented culture. If you're passionate about developing people and consistently exceeding sales targets, we'd like to hear from you. Your Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of a B2B outbound sales team. Coach and mentor Sales Representatives to improve conversion rates and overall performance. Track individual and team KPIs, ensuring sales objectives are consistently achieved. Review calls, provide actionable feedback, and implement performance improvement plans. Monitor pipeline activity, lead management, and sales productivity. Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team huddles. Prepare and present performance reports to management. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve sales processes and customer outcomes. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For At least 2–3 years of experience leading a B2B outbound sales team in a BPO or contact center environment. Proven success managing teams focused on lead generation, appointment setting, business development, or outbound sales. Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills. Experience driving KPIs, conversion rates, and revenue-focused targets. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using CRM platforms, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office. Ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga.
