Collections Team Leader

Understanding of all B2B Collections KPIs & SLAs performance reports and tools and should be able to implement the same.
Should have experience in Collections, Disputes, deductions and Credit Management
Exposure; knowledge; understanding of dialer operations.
Should have complete knowledge of O2C Cycle
Should have knowledge in Collection strategy, Dispute management
and effective reconciliation process
Excellent Verbal and Written Communications skills to handle NA region customers.
Oversight on the team and ensuring daily BAU. Manage day to day operations functions of team management and performance delivery.
Review and resolve issues.
Meeting KPIs and client defined targets.
Training and coaching on floor.
Quality and feedback for team members for driving performance.
Perform quality evaluations and provide coaching/feedback on performance to team members
Job Requirements
5 to 7 years of experience in B2B Collections Contact Centre specifically in the Order to Cash Environment
Experienced in a Team Leading role in managing B2B Collections
