Call Center Representative (Sign On Bonus 20K)

- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions in the system for record-keeping purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
