Assistant Accident Coordinator

MULTINATIONAL COMPANY
- Assist in gathering and documenting accident/incident details from involved parties
- Maintain and update accident logs, claim files, and tracking systems
- Coordinate with insurance providers and internal departments for claim processing
- Support the scheduling of vehicle inspections, drug testing, or other post-incident procedures
- Compile reports and statistics for management review
- Assist in follow-up on open claims and pending documentation
- Ensure compliance with company, OSHA, and DOT reporting requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office Suite, data analysis, and data entry.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in administrative tasks, manage data records, and support team projects.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent communication skills.
