OVERVIEW
We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support our US-based operations. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is confident in communicating in English and eager to build a career in global project coordination. You’ll work closely with international teams, ensuring smooth communication, task tracking, and project execution across different time zones
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with US-based clients and internal teams through calls, emails, and reports.
- Prepare project updates, presentations, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and keep tasks on track.
- Support process improvements and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project efficiency.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Research or related field (required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical thinking.
- Open to working flexible hours (night shift) to coordinate with US clients.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and innovative mindset — eager to learn and grow.
