- Receive orders from Sales and Clients and preparing Sales order
- Preparing delivery documents and retrieval of return documents
- Sales and customer coordination
- Gives administrative and customer service support to the sales team
- Coordinates with Logistics regarding delivery of products
- Creating sales and executive reports
- Graduate of Finance or Accounting Course preferably with Marketing, Audit and Accounting Background
- With marketing and management background and with excellent communication skills.
- 2 years of experience doing sales support and coordination
- Excellent customer service
- Personable and amiable
- Results oriented
