- Maintain and update the company website for functionality, user experience and SEO.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance features and usability.
- Manage CRM setup, customization, and data integrity.
- Automate workflows and generate reports
- Use CRM data to inform targeted marketing and sales strategies.
- Align website and CRM functions with marketing, sales, and customer service goals.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, customer retention, and data-driven campaigns.
- Integrate the website and CRM for a seamless customer experience.
- Lead website redesigns, CRM upgrades, and feature implementations.
- Manage timelines and testing of new functionalities.
- Educational Qualifications: Degree not required; relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in project management, strong communication skills, knowledge of website development (frontend/backend), programming, and database management; familiarity with WordPress.
- Working Conditions: remote work permanently
