We are expanding our talented Project Management team and are looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and wants to be part of something extraordinary.

You’ll play a key role in managing projects from concept to completion, working closely with design, engineering, and production teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the day-to-day management of toy development projects from start to shipment
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules
- Provide regular status updates and ensure alignment with account managers
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration (engineering, design, finance)
- Support product development and execution at every stage
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-profile projects
- Participate in critical decision-making and problem-solving processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics)
- Proven experience in project management and product development
- Proficiency with CAD modeling software (SolidWorks or Pro/E preferred)
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities
