- Telephone Operator
- PV permit/designer
- Structural/Electrical Engineer
- Full-Time Homebased Job
- The Permit/Solar Designer is responsible for processing and submitting solar permit applications for our client with an AHJ jurisdictions.
- Utilize Helioscope/PVSyst as well as AutoCAD/Revit (or any related design software) to create initial layouts for the solar projects for Residential, Commercial & Industrial.
- Interpret civil and structural documents to assist in the design process
- Design major and minor modifications to electrical systems to help incorporate installation of solar projects
- Complete electrical design including line drawings for solar projects.
- Develop system design concepts along with the scope documents using PSI standards (drawings and specs)
- Finalize the electrical system design and prepare construction documents.
- Has his/her own laptop or PC
- with reliable internet connection
- Experienced in any software (Helioscope/PVSyst/AutoCAD/Revit)
- Well-versed in design and layout of solar for Residential, Commercial & Industrial
