We’re looking for a Finance/Accounting Staff to join our team! If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling numbers, this role is for you. You’ll be supporting our day-to-day finance tasks, including billing, record-keeping, and basic accounting processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and monitoring of accounts
- Help maintain and organize financial records
- Support daily accounting and admin tasks
- Coordinate with team members for finance-related concerns
- Ensure all documents are complete and accurate
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or any related course
- With good communication skills
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus (but not required!)
- With at least 1–2 years experience in Finance/Accounting or Billing is an advantage
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
