We are looking for a Purchasing Staff with experience in the construction industry to manage procurement of materials, supplier coordination, and inventory control.
- Communicate with suppliers to request quotations and negotiate prices
- Create and process purchase orders
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies when needed
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure on-time arrival of items
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reports
- Coordinate with warehouse and accounting departments
- At least 1–2 years' experience in purchasing/procurement within a construction company
- Knowledge of construction materials and suppliers
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems (if applicable)
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
