Purchasing Staff (With Free Shuttle Service)

- Support the planning and administration of the company's buying strategy
- Provide supervision and guidance to junior clerks and purchasing staff to ensure adherence to company procurement policies.
- Review and handle purchase orders and requisitions accurately and quickly
- Evaluate suppliers' performance and assist in maintaining vendor relationships
- Help identify cost-cutting measures and negotiate terms and prices with
- suppliers.
- Take inventory every month
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse staff.
- Maintain accurate purchase records and ensure timely updates to procurement systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inconsistencies and delays
- Assist in conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and alternatives.
