Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support a busy real estate professional with daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing listings, leases, and marketing communications. Experience with Adobe, Excel, Microsoft 365, and DocuSign is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and data entry tasks
  • Upload and maintain new real estate listings
  • Create, prepare, and send lease documents
  • Send email blasts and marketing communications
  • Organize digital files and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous computer and administrative experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
  • Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, and DocuSign (Required)
  • Experience in real estate administration is a plus but not required

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
