Real Estate Administrative Assistant
Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support a busy real estate professional with daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing listings, leases, and marketing communications. Experience with Adobe, Excel, Microsoft 365, and DocuSign is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and data entry tasks
- Upload and maintain new real estate listings
- Create, prepare, and send lease documents
- Send email blasts and marketing communications
- Organize digital files and maintain accurate records
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous computer and administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
- Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, and DocuSign (Required)
- Experience in real estate administration is a plus but not required
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
