Brand Manager
Job Role Overview
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive sustainable business growth and strengthen market performance. This role works closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of brand initiatives with sales objectives and overall business plans. The position also oversees portfolio strategies, business performance, and the effective execution of brand-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Business Growth
Develop and implement programs that support sustainable sales growth and align with overall market strategies.
Manage brand portfolio strategies and oversee brand profitability and performance.
Support the achievement of business objectives through effective brand planning and execution.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business and marketplace performance.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between brand initiatives and commercial objectives.
Coordinate with the management team to support business processes and strategic initiatives.
Brand Performance & Operations
Monitor and manage the brand's profit and loss performance.
Support the execution of business processes in partnership with the management team.
Ensure brand activities are delivered effectively and in line with organizational goals.
Project Management & Communication
Lead and coordinate brand-related projects and initiatives.
Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear oral and written presentations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least five years of relevant experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Experience managing brand portfolios and profit and loss performance.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
