Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure product quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Conduct inspection, testing, and evaluation of materials and finished products.
- Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare quality reports, documentation, and audit records.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Engineering teams regarding quality concerns.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and ISO procedures.
- Handle failure analysis and root cause investigation for defective products.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related course.
- With experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in quality tools, inspection processes, and root cause analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Willing to work at EPZA Rosario, Cavite.
