Mechanical Engineer

1. Identify areas for improvement within the production, engineering, and jig area.
2. Design or redesign mechanical and thermal devices or subsystems, using analysis and computer-aided design.
3. Investigate equipment failures or difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and to recommend remedies.
4. Apply engineering principles, analyze problems, and develop solutions.
5. Checks and monitors the procedures regarding the implementation of quality and environmental Management System (QEMS) and Health programs of the company.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in mechanical design and analysis.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD software, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional onsite visits to manufacturing facilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem solver, effective communicator, and a team player.
