QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSECE or related) is required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry is crucial, with specific experience in FTTH projects FTTH
Expertise: Proven experience in the implementation and monitoring of FTTH rollout activities, including both Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP).
Quality Assurance: Experience in quality assurance within telecom or infrastructure projects, including a strong understanding of quality management systems and audit processes.
Project Management: Experience in project coordination, managing multiple project sites, subcontractor management, and client coordination.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establishing Standards: Defining, negotiating, and implementing in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications for all FTTH products and processes.
Documentation: Developing, maintaining, and controlling all quality documentation, including test plans, reports, defect tracking records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Planning and Execution: Planning and executing internal and external audits of construction contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to contract requirements and quality plans
Monitoring Activities: Overseeing daily QA/Quality Control (QC) activities and inspections to ensure work is completed correctly and quality hold points are observed.
Performance Monitoring: Recording, analyzing, and distributing statistical information and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality metrics (e.g., defect rates) to evaluate process efficiency and product performance.
Project Support: Providing dedicated quality assurance support for FTTH project.
