Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer is responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generates new business leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Build relationships with potential customers and identify their needs and pain points.
- Develops and presents customized sales pitches and proposals to potential customers.
- Negotiates and closes sales deals with potential customers.
- Meets and exceeds monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Maintains accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Proven track record of success in generating new business leads and driving sales growth.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on sales targets and revenue growth.
- Experience in technical sales.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
