Marketing Admin Support

BLCP is looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Staff to support the overall marketing team in executing campaigns and daily operations. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, from planning campaigns to coordinating with suppliers and influencers.

As a Korean skincare manufacturer, BLCP focuses on building strong brand presence and meaningful customer engagement, and this role plays a key part in making that happen.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
• Support the marketing team in daily tasks and overall campaign coordination
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, partners, and external vendors
• Help organize marketing events, product launches, and brand activations
• Manage and update social media platforms, including content scheduling
• Assist in reaching out and coordinating with influencers and content creators
• Help draft emails and handle basic communication with clients and partners
• Conduct basic market research and monitor trends
• Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• Open to fresh graduates (experience is a plus but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar is an advantage
• Basic writing skills for emails, captions, and simple marketing content
• Willingness to assist in events and coordination tasks
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
