- Assist customers in resolving issues related to products or services.

- Moderate content and ensure adherence to community guidelines.
- Document interactions and maintain detailed records of customer conversations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Customer oriented, computer literate, project management capabilities, proficiency in MS Office
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsibilities and Duties: Content moderation and compliance with online advertising standards
