• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our systems

• Following company protocols and quality standards during all customer interactions

• Handling customer complaints with empathy and working towards satisfactory resolutions

• Transferring calls to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary

• Meeting call handling targets and performance metrics

• Contributing to a positive team atmosphere and supporting colleagues

• Continuously improving communication and customer service skills through feedback and training
