- 2 years experience in food sales, distribution sales, or channel account management.
- Strong knowledge of distributor networks and food industry sales processes.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build long-term commercial relationships.
- Experience analyzing sales reports, margins, and market performance data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for distributor meetings, customer visits, and trade events.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage relationships with food distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
- Drive sales growth across assigned territories and distribution channels.
- Monitor distributor performance, inventory levels, and product availabiliy.
- Identify new business opportunities in retail, foodservice, and wholesale markets.
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and merchandising initiatives.
- Negotiate pricing, trade terms, and sales agreements with distribution partners.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to guide strategy.
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Train distributor sales teams on product features, positioning, and selling points.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, account reports, and performance updates.
