Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and administering the daily performance of tasks related to Forex and Remittance.
Responsibilities
Manage and account if Foreign Exchange and Dollar Remit Fund is reconciled with daily system generated reports
Implement compliance to Anti-Money Laundering Law and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Regulations
Ensure that the display rates in all counters are updated always based on broadcast rates
Handle and resolve escalated customer queries and complaints
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any Business-related course
At least 3 years of experience in finance or related industry
