WE’RE HIRING: SYSTEM & NETWORK ADMIN (Cagayan de Oro City)
We are looking for an experienced System & Network Administrator to manage and support client IT environments, with strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and Microsoft 365 .
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Serve r, Active Directory , GPO , and DNS
• Support Microsoft 365 , SharePoint, and user accounts
• Configure and troubleshoot networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
• Perform hardware, software, server, and network troubleshooting
• Monitor systems using RMM tools and support backup/disaster recovery solutions
• Maintain IT documentation, security, and system performance
• Provide technical support and communicate effectively with clients
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in System & Network Administration, preferably in an MSP environment
• Strong practical experience with Windows Server & Active Directory
• Knowledge of GPO, DNS, Microsoft 365, TCP/IP, DHCP, and networking
• Experience with Windows/Linux and virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client-support skills
Certifications and experience with Azure/AWS, RMM, SharePoint, backup/DR, CCNA, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
