Position: Billing Support Staff Company Industry: Manufacturing Company Work Location: Carmona, Cavite Work Schedule: Dayshift (Monday – Friday) Salary: Php17,000 – Php25,000 Work Set Up: Hybrid upon Regularization

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree Holder in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related courses
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in billing operations, customer service, or shared service
• With experience working in the same industry is an advantage
• Amenable to work on a Hybrid Set Up
• Willing to participate in a face-to-face interview if requested
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for assisting prompt and precise billing and providing complete and reliable collection, validation, and recording of meter readings for all active incurred Machines in Field (MIFs) under allocated accounts.
• The responsibility systematized closely with Collectors, Service Engineers, and customers to secure needed meter data, validates readings removed from remote systems, and ensure proper input of billing systems.
• Need of cost centre reports and monthly completion reports
• Implement operational support to result in efficient and effective Order-to-Cash processes
• Other task as assigned
