Position: Billing Coordinator
Company Industry: Office Equipment Manufacturing and Information Technology & Services industries
Work Location: Carmona, Cavite
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Salary: Php 17,000 - 20,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Responsible to check timely and verify the billing to make sure if it’s complete and reliable the collection and validation.
✨ Encoding of all meter readings for active contracted Machines in Field under assigned accounts.
✨ Collaborating with Collectors, Service Engineers, and customers to secure the required meter data.
✨ Verifying the readings extracted from remote systems, and ensures the exact encoding in billing systems.

✨ It’s necessary to check the cost center reports and monthly completion reports of billing.
✨ Providing an operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient of the order management processes.

Job Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder
✨ At least 1–2 years of experience
✨ Has experience working in same industry is an advantage.
✨ Willing to work in hybrid set-up (on-site and work from home)
✨ Willing to participate in in-person interviews once requested.
