Location: Taguig, Philippines
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AR Billing Supervisor to lead a team within a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) environment. The successful candidate will oversee daily billing operations, monitor team performance, drive operational excellence, and ensure timely resolution of billing and accounts receivable issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of AR Billing Representatives.
- Monitor productivity, quality, collections, and aging metrics.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
- Manage workload distribution and ensure efficient accounts receivable processes.
- Handle escalations, perform account research, and resolve complex billing issues.
- Conduct interviews, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations.
Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
- Strong background in Healthcare Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Medical Billing.
- Knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT, and ICD coding.
- Familiarity with Medicare regulations, HIPAA, and Patient Financial Services operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
