Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary contact for our psychic platform, assisting users in understanding the

platform’s features and services while building brand awareness.

2. Understand the needs and wants of users seeking psychic services, provide necessary

guidance, and facilitate effective connections between users and psychic advisors.

3. Address user inquiries regarding orders or platform features, offering essential support to

ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction with our psychic services. Utilize good

judgment and initiative to make quality decisions and resolve issues in a timely manner.

4. Leverage user feedback to identify potential issues within the platform's features and

operational mechanisms. Suggest practical optimizations to assist in the continuous

improvement of our psychic services.

5. Establish efficient communication channels and, when appropriate, engage in meaningful

interactions with users, such as offering follow-up greetings, introducing new psychic

services or promotions, etc. This helps convey the platform's value and fosters long-term

relationships within the psychic community.

Requirements:

1.For home office: Personal laptop/ desktop, broadband network stability

2. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or applicable experience in customer service, relationship

management, or sales.

3. At least two years of experience in a similar role. (night shift experience preferred)

4. Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to effectively handle tasks in a timely manner.

5. Fluency in written and spoken English

6. With exceptional relationship-building skills.

7. Well-versed in prioritization and able to effectively manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

8. Independent and consistently upholds a strong sense of accountability.
