Senior Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer-oriented and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both customer service and order entry, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
Customer Service:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and orders.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Order Entry:
- Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Verify order details and address any discrepancies.
- Update customer records and track order status.
- Coordinate with warehouse or shipping departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience in a BPO setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (American accent is a plus)
- Experience in order entry and processing.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and active listening abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including US time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems.
- High level of empathy and dedication to customer satisfaction.
